Returns

If a product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within the statutory period of 14 days without giving a reason.

This right of return applies not  for personalized products, unless complaints are justified (see more about this later).

Please report the return via the contact form before sending the product under the heading 'Returns', indicating the method of return.

When returning via PostNL, you will receive a shipping receipt with a barcode.

Please keep this shipping receipt until we have processed the return.

The product to be returned must be received by us within 10 days of registration, unless otherwise agreed.

Furthermore, the product must be undamaged and unused.

The right of return expires if the foregoing is not met.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email.

The full order amount will then be credited within 7 days.

The shipping costs incurred by you for the return are at your own expense.

Basically personalized products not  returnable.

An exception to this is in the case of a complaint that we have declared justified with regard to the delivered product.

Report the complaint within 7 days of receipt via the contact form under the heading 'Complaint'.

We will then contact you to discuss and handle the complaint.

If the complaint is declared justified, the return can take place as described above.

In the event of a return based on a justified complaint, in addition to the order amount, the return costs will also be credited.
